Annie Duke has been a poker professional since moving to Las Vegas in 1994. Her brother, Howard Lederer, is also a poker professional. She has won one bracelet, and has finished in the money in 34 different events.

Highlights of her career includes finishing in 10th place in the 2000 World Series of Poker Main Event while eight months pregnant, and winning a $2,000,000 inaugural World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions, a 10-player, winner-take-all invitational event. She won a bracelet in the 2004 World Series of Poker $2,000 Omaha Hi-Low Split-8 or Better event.
